Through guided discussions and a case study, participants will apply the Ten Simple Rules to learn how to ensure success.

How to Think Like a Project Manager –This one day workshop is designed specifically for managers new to project management. They learn how to define a project within their current work environment and the relationship between project management and other management or organizational processes.
