But change ready organizations do not experience resistance! Change ready organizations have learned the secrets of how to leverage the energy and experience of the entire organization to create a stronger, more adaptable workplace. As a result, they experience less lost productivity, a healthier work environment and have a greater opportunity and ability to use change to their advantage. Very few (if any!) employees deliberately set out to sabotage your organization’s business changes.
